What does your Power BI training cover?
Our Microsoft Power BI training covers the full range of skills your team needs to use your reporting environment confidently — from navigating and filtering existing reports, through to building new visuals, understanding the data model, using Power Query for data preparation, and writing DAX for calculated measures. Is the training customised to our business?

Do you offer Microsoft Power BI training for beginners?
Yes. We work with teams at all skill levels, from those using Power BI for the first time through to experienced users who want to build more advanced reports or understand the data model more deeply. We assess current skill levels across your team as part of the training needs review and pitch each session accordingly.
Can you train our team on AI reporting tools as well as Power BI?
Yes. How is training delivered — remote or on-site?
Both options are available. Most training sessions run remotely via Microsoft Teams, which makes it easy for distributed teams to attend without travel. On-site delivery can be arranged for organisations in Australia who prefer face-to-face sessions or have a large team to train. Session recordings can be provided where agreed.
What does an ongoing support retainer include?
Our support retainer gives you a set number of monthly hours with an On Report consultant. This covers Power BI report changes and new builds, new data source integrations, data cleanup and data quality work, pipeline monitoring and maintenance, and ad hoc analysis or advice. You receive a summary each month of what’s been done and what’s recommended for the period ahead.
What kinds of data issues do you help with on support retainers?
Common issues we handle include: duplicate or inconsistent data in source systems, broken or stale pipelines caused by upstream changes, incorrect calculations in reports, data that doesn’t match between systems, new data sources that need to be connected and mapped, and ad hoc data quality reviews when something doesn’t look right in a report.
How much does a training session or support retainer cost?
Training is scoped and priced per engagement based on the number of participants, topics to be covered and session length. Support retainers are priced on a fixed monthly basis depending on the scope and hours agreed. We provide a clear proposal before any work begins.
